The finishing touch to any kitchen is it´s work surface. Not only is it one of the most visual parts of the kitchen, it is also one of the last components to be installed. Our Stone Masons are one of the last people your client deals with, as such they are crucial to leaving a lasting impression.

The most important thing for you as a designer is that your work leaves a flawless impression on the client. While all stone surfaces manufactured by ECS are first quality, their beauty is seen in professional workmanship and installation.

Understand the Fabrication Process.

It is important for you to understand the fabrication process so that you can communicate effectively with your client on what to expect from ECS and help to create a lasting impression.

Prepare them with regards to time and anything that may affect them.

Ensure your client understands that templates are taken after the initial cabinet installation to ensure accuracy. A manufacturing period of between 7-15 working days will then follow (depending on the extent of the stone top being fabricated) before ECS return to install the stone benchtops.
